Post by: ToddF on April 08, 2013, 01:57:35 PM
Annette Funicello dead; Original Mouseketeer and 'Beach Blanket Bingo' star was 70 (http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2013/04/08/report-annette-funicello-dead-at-age-70/?intcmp=trending)

Another one to MS.  :'(

Back in a day when hot women were...well, hot, and not skanky.

Growing up, my dad would occasionally reminisce on Annette being his heartthrob as as young man. Very pretty girl and lady.

RIP.

I remember her from Mouseketeer days  up to Beach Babe

Those were simpler times. I know we can't go back but wish we could

She was only a few years before my time and yeah, she was hot.

I have no idea what her politics were. That, in itself, was refreshing.

May she rest in peace.

I remember the flicks not the Mouseketeer stuff...a little before my time.

I think my first heartthrob was Barbara Eden.   ;D

By all accounts Ann was a good egg.

R.I.P. Annette.
