Title: Chi-Com's Planning Mass Murder with Bio-Weapon

Chi-Com scientists don't take a dump without orders from Chi-Com leaders, so I can only conclude the Chi-Com's are planning mass murder of millions perhaps billions of people.

Yeah, it's not like commies are above testing things out on their own people...if you can kill them and enslave them, you sure as hell can experiement with them!

Over here, we at least...ahh...ummm...we might experiement and enslave...ahh...crap we kill too!   ::facepalm::
