The Obama administration finally surrendered to political and military reality today. CBS News reports that Attorney General Eric Holder will announce today that the Department of Justice has given up the idea of trying Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in federal court for his role in masterminding the 9/11 attacks:[blockquote]Attorney General Eric Holder today will announce that self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammad will be tried in a military commission, CBS News has learned. A source says the commission will be held at the Guantanamo Bay prison...[/blockquote]

Anyone else here think that this is a diversion being offered to take the heat off of the gansta guvment's total failure to lead or even rule in a meaningful manner.
By the time KLM sees a trial I'll be ice skating in hell.

I agree. We're at war against the scum of the earth. He should have been bled dry of every scrap of information in interrogation and then never heard from again.

I remember obama stopping his trial when he was elected.....now as reality sets in, Gitmo is still open and KSM is sent back to a military tribunal.....He may die before he gets a trial, but make no mistake, this is a rather large defeat for obama and liberal thought.
We need to sing this from the rooftops.

After the election Holder will reverse his decision and move the trial to NY.

That's one that had me spitting mad during my morning commute. Just what I need, more rage to start my day!
Between the expected stale attacks on Ryan's budget and this utterly arrogant self-serving bullsplater coming out of Erica Holder...the phrase I've been uttering all day since waking is "miserable fvcks"!
