Of course. The mission is to saturate the coverage with the word "AR-15" so that the public will forever associate it with "mass shooting". The inaccuracy of the reporting doesn't matter at all.

Would be funny to have some guest say to a CNN host, yes, I'm for banning AR15 shotguns. I bet that would get a reaction! They'd paste that all over their newscast, "NRA guy wants AR15 shotguns banned!!!", until someone pointed out what just happened.

My Buddy had one they made for the AK - He brought it over one time. Fully loaded the thing was too dang heavy, but you had a stupid number of shots ( 16?)
