Title: NYPD takes Joe Biden's niece into custody

he NYPD says that officers took Caroline Biden into custody after responding to a report of a dispute at her Tribeca apartment.

Police said the 26-year-old scuffled with officers as they tried to break up a fight between her and her roommate.

Biden was later charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment. It was unclear if she was still in custody Tuesday afternoon.

The vice president's office declined to comment.

What kind of gal scuffles with the police?  Like more than one, they use the phrase "officers".   ::saywhat::

Joe must have confiscated it.

Maybe that's what set her off.
