That cop should be ashamed.  These statist board members should be run out of town...

There shouldn't be any parent with any sense sending their child to this collective sewer!

These "educators" have forgotten who is working for who.

The first rule of public employment should be:  taxpayers come first.  Period.

Second rule for public educators:  parents have final say on everything.   If my child is not going to read that,  they aren't going to read that,  and they won't be penalized for it.

Government needs to be changed to "op in" when doing things.  Not "op out".   Having to "op out", means they will hassle you in the process,  making "oping out" less attractive.

And don't get me started with testing.   That whole pile of crap needs to go the way of the dodo.

Here's what I like about you, rich:  you get it from jump.  You call 'em as you see 'em and you see 'em as we do without needing a gut-check.

Bravo.

Well,  its easy to shoot your mouth off on the internet.......ha ha (we will see how much longer we will be able to do that,  hmmmmmm).   As the bullsh*t has increased by the truckload lately,  my tolerance for it has decreased even faster then my quickly emptying bank account.   I wonder why people put up with this nonsense day in and out.   We need to stop being drones,  and so few people understand that they need to speak up when this nonsense happens to them.    It won't stop on its own.

I will see how my resolve holds up,  when income tax time comes around next year.   I have never done civil "disobedience"  before (though I don't consider what I will do as "disobedience").   I wonder what the IRS has in store for us who won't have health insurance,  I am sure it will be interesting to say the least.    Hopefully they won't be holding more money then I will owe as I won't be paying the fine or tax either.

I've felt that way...it seems like...forever!   ::pullhair::

My tolerance keeps getting closer and closer to zero...soon there won't be any discernable movement...and I think I am damn close to that.

See you at the streetlight decorating contest!

I think the reason sea changes seem to occur suddenly is because people are no longer inhibited by whatever it was that was holding them back before. They can't put everyone in prison, but the first few brave ones they most certainly can put in prison, and nobody wants to be one of those. So people are inhibited by that, and they put up with crap they know is wrong. The statists will inevitably screw up though, because it is their nature to continue arrogating power and authority to themselves at the expense of the citizen. At some point some citizen will decide the threat of going to jail, or being audited, or whatever, has suddenly become the 2nd worst possibility. The 1st worst possibility is compliance with their demands. When this happens to more and more citizens, it builds a momentum and lowers the threshold of inhibition for others.

I am convinced that the only thing holding back the righteous outrage of the citizenry is that nobody wants to go first, as it were. The statists will eventually push people to a point where the threatened punishment for non-compliance is somewhat less awful than the consequences of compliance.

I hope that girl is properly trained to use and has access to firearms, she'll have no problem recognizing the enemy...

She's going to need that and more. She's now a target for the school board, school admins, and teachers. They'll be prepared to send her home to her momma in an emotional body bag.
