Good lord people live in such insulated little bubbles of conditioned helplessness. Please let stories like this serve as reminders that if you have a mob surrounding you, you are now in a very dangerous situation and you need to extricate yourself by whatever means necessary. If that means plowing over the little darlings, so be it.
