Yup, that happens every year. Its become a sport to sneak in over the fences (yes, you have to pay to get in). The sad thing is, all they have to do is move it a couple blocks to one of the big concrete parking lots outside Soldier Field and presto, no mud. And no destroyed landscaping.
The motto may be the "city that works", but it doesn't do much in the way of thinking.
