Even if Obamster was hatched his mother was an expat and could not bestow citizenship to an offspring unless she lived as an adult for at least 5 years immediately past her 18th birthday before his birth. If both parent were citizens of this country at the time of his birth, no question he would be natural born thus eligible.
I say who cares at this point simply because as we've discussed the Rule of Law is in fact dead as Obama was sworn in. It was probably dead before that but Okneegrow threw the last pile of dirt on the burial.
In my mind, If Cruz wins election, we can begin chapter one for the new Republic 2.0 and if not, I'm still maintain the only true way back to Constitution is via civil war and the destruction of the petulant left.
