Speculation runs from problems at a secret ChiCom missile factory to Obama unleashing a CIA plot to hurt the CHiCom economy in retaliation for devaluation...

While I discount nothing, one can never rule out incompetence...after all these people are beholden to result-demanding central planners...not OSHA or EPA bureaucrats...

That is the one funny quip I saw about this...did Obama's EPA have something to do with it.  I'd run with that one.
