WHO.

Who?

World Ho Org!   ::mooning::

I suspect as with most things this is a perfect storm of BS driven by those with a mutual dislike for tasty food, people enjoying life and religious and racial bigots...crap like Muzloids, Vegans, Tree-huggers, PETA clowns, Feminazis, etc...you know, TERRORISTS!

Eff 'em.  I'm going to start using bacon grease as cologne, sport in-our-face meat-eating T's and caps, anything to annoy, harass, intimidate and scare the pee out of these useless dregs!

Know what a real breakfast of a true red-blooded God-fearing Liberty-loving American Patriot with important stuff to do looks like?

Yeah, now get to work!

PS - Wouldn't "processed" meat also include anything that has been touched at all?  Like anything sliced?  Or do these morons think the meat just falls off the bone of the freshly slaughtered farm animal?

PPS - That "I don't always" part in the funny isn't really me...more bacon is a good thing!   ::whoohoo::

Back in the stone age when I was in college, I remember seeing this title in my adviser's  bookcase "How To Lie With Statistics".  The authors of the study must have read it.

Statistically, they are pointing to actually minutely small increases in risks if one actually does the math.
I'm entitled (to be cranky).

Yep.  They're combing various studies to claim crap none of the studies did.

Meta analysis really is the home of a lot of scientific fraud.

But it becomes a problem when politicians decide to make some new laws restricted us from having things they don't want us to have anymore.

Like banning bacon burgers.   Or burgers period.

We sure are living in the "age of stupid".

NC law prohibits commercial burger-cooking to medium-rare or rare.  'Splains why I never order a burger while out.

As for the WHO, yessireebob, governments and NGOs have been so on-the-money about numerous food cautions, i.e. coffee, butter, animal fat (<< that's a biggie), sugar, carbonated drinks, red meat, EGGS, coconut oil, that I sure am gonna alter my eating habits, unh hunh.

As always...it comes down to power and control...it is not always the means that give away a statist agenda, but the goal always will.
