Unfortunately, we have a substantial proportion of the voting population who allow their opinions to be set by pop culture inanities. This is an example of the sort of BS that works on morons.

Eh, I saw the doll "action figure" as humorous, even satirical.  It's hard for me to imagine anyone taking it seriously.
