Well, it's a 50-50 shot of evidence being there proving they are vastly underreporting the spam/bot counts...or being told evidence has been destroyed/misplaced/lost, eh?  But they latter should not be the end of it, a competent ethical judge would say, "run a new analysis" and since users start dates are a common field, they can go back to the Musk bid timeframe easily.

Katie Halper is just OK. A lib but not crazy. The Hill Rising recently refused to air her segment then fired her.
Her crime was calling Israel an apartheid state. I do not agree with her but that is her opinion.

Previously they froze Kim Iversen out of an interview with Fauci so she quit and took a huge number of viewers with her.

The way I read it the CEO was to give his deposition first...had it rescheduled...then Musk rescheduled his...telling me he wants the CEO to go first...

I've done similar in the past :)

And with Musk now saying, yeah, let's go forward with the original offer...he's calling Twitter's hand...

Musk seems a savvy poker player to me...

See, this case would have to address claims and counter-claims...and I don't think Twitter has as strong case on Musk than Musk has on Twitter...

I could be off, maybe both are weak or whatever...just my senses talking...we'll see what Twitter does...if they think they have an advantage they'll reject it, right?  It's also kind of a no-lose for Musk too because even if Twitter case is sorta solid, I bet their counsel urges agreement as being the safer option...if it is rejected we see what the depositions reveal and that will have a large say in the final verdict...IMO lot more risk on the Twitter side...Musk either has a company he can re-mold or not...and or not costs a lot less...

Seems Twitter is skeptical of the financing...but judge agreed with Musk for 10/28 deadline to get it done...so we'll see if there is financing issues or not...and given handcuffs on Tesla stock selling (insider rules)...that may have a role on the delay from his end...still not buying the deposition characterization, but whatever...let's see what happens with the deal...
