Friend or foe?
No long-term adverse effects noted, yet, some speculate without existing impairment there may not be benefits gained. L-carnatine has been around a while, common ingredient in RockStar and other energy drinks...not interested in cognitive function so much as energy...heck nicotine has claims to attention, memory and motor skills...stuff like L-theanine acts much like L-carnatine.
Thoughts?

Depends on what is in them and even then who knows. Maybe there are studies for the various ingredients.
