The virus doesn't just fly through the air without a transmission vehicle - that would be cough/sneeze droplets that are bigger than the virus itself, so an N95 mask should do fine, or an N100 mask.  Eye protection not considered necessary, but regular glasses/sunglasses/clear safety glasses for the worried.

I've been picking up bits and pieces from various sources and the most common advice is to stay alert to and away from coughing/sneezing people; stay rested, hydrated, wash your hands often and *keep them away from your face*.

Several sources have been saying Asian/Chinese men seem to have the most lung receptors making them more susceptible; here's one of them:
