Cash for cronies is all it was...I massive taxpayer swindle to line the pockets of bigshots who in turn fill demoscat campaign coffers...and the great unwashed masses voting for demoscum are completely oblivious they got fleeced and lied to...all teed up to vote for the next lying crook promising the moon...
