Quake swarm is a concern...

...because of the presence of Helium-3, which is often a precursor to major eruptions...and dangerous at La Palma because it is likely to result in a lateral eruption (like Mt. St.Helens) that would spawn a mega-tsunami that would threaten the Americas from Northeastern South America to Newfoundland and penetrate at least 12.5Mi inland...and low lying areas like Florida could experience even more flooding.
