The dad on Full/Fuller House, and of course the longtime host of America’s Funniest Home Videos…

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

I once watched a DVD The Aristocrats, about comedians telling the world's filthiest joke. He told his version.
I cannot recall the exact joke he told about Stamos. He said Mary Kate Olsen walked into a bar and asked for a butt hurt drink.
The bar tender asked what that was. She said John Stamos made it, she fell asleep, and when she woke up her butt hurt.

This reflects my isolation to the entertainment world. Not only had I never heard of Mr. Saget; when I looked up his bio/photo, I don't recognize him from anywhere. Apparently a popular television celebrity?

Years ago, when a homo died, the obituary would deliberately leave OUT the cause of death (AIDS, HIV, anal cancer, etc).

We're seeing the same force @ work now: incredulity, "cause unknown", head scratching & muddled obits.

You can BET it's the shot, or the booster.

With apologies to George Thorogood:
Quote
"Well I ain't been boosted since the night before last,
Mr. M.D. fill up my glass.
I wanna' get vaxxed so please listen to me,
One jab ain't enough, Doc, ya' better bring three.
I want to get vaxxed I wanna' make it real clear,
I want one Vax, one Booster . . . and another booster."

I found these roast videos. Filthy. IMO very funny.
The first has the right version of the butt hurt joke I mis-remembered.

Based upon a few seconds of video . . . I can see why I never knew or heard of Mr. Saget (who, privately, sounds like a real asshole).

I think what I meant to say is that, as mentioned above, I had never heard of him. As I found out ore about him, I realized why I had never heard of him -- I wouldn't associate with someone of his caliber of humor or "entertainment" -- nor any praising him in the posted roasts.
