THAT would be my message...
Otherwise, they can beg on street corner's for contributions...
And, lest anybody think I am picking on the poor Pentagon...same applied for EVERY federally-funded enterprise! Pretty sure all the social welfare related folks can equal or surpass the Pentagon's losses!
