I read that sub-Saharan average IQ is 60.  Electricity and indoor plumbing are on borrowed time.

BTW the current black inhabitants of South Africa migrated south from other parts of Africa and displaced the original tribes.  They migrated to benefit from the industrial civilization brought by the Dutch/Brits. I think the original tribe was the Koi?

So, is Ramaphosa going to arrest Putin or will elements supportive of arrest attempt it?  And, more importantly...does the Czar secretly wish to provoke such a response?  Will hotheaded lunatics in the West seek contractors to conduct a snatch & grab or even an assassination?  So much consequential drama could be in play.

The schedule and logistics are still being worked out, according to reports, but South Africa's president has been consistent in saying it will be face to face and that Putin hasn't wavered on his intent to attend.

"There were rumors that this too could become an online summit – no. It is going to be face to face, eyeball to eyeball," Ramaphosa said.

While Ramaphosa has been seen as sympathetic to Putin, it has been South Africa's leading opposition party, the Democratic Alliance (DA), which has pressured the government to arrest the Russian leader if he arrives for the summit.

Maybe.  Maybe risk arrest and have to declare war .......... or give 'em the finger.  I suspect he chose wisely.

Could have rolled in there with a small army of praetorians and I bet nobody would have tried.  But, in clear PR terms it looked like he blinked.
