I recall that some state had similar easy ways to deny gun permits. Divorce attorneys used them to strip gun permits from police officers to screw them over in court as it would cost them their jobs. False allegations of domestic abuse.

Most leftist-dominated states are nefarious...and the creeping statism infiltrating medical ranks (made easier by the C109 overreaction by design) shows the dangers of weaponizing health care...weaponized anything is known by better names - tyranny, oppression, persecution...and despotism.
