Wagner is now illegal inside Russia. I heard that the MSM are trying to blame Niger on Wagner and/or China. Truth is, they do like France and now not US either.
Russia gets good PR in Africa. Whether deserved or not. Africans recall the soviet support for their "wars of liberation." Also Russia never colonized Africa they say. For all I know they were better off as colonies? I doubt the Russians are stupid enough to pour money down that rat hole. Not the Chinese either unless they get a good return.
