As with many things there are legit uses and nefarious uses...how do we know a nefarious use...such as on cell towers...is or is not in use?

Here at the bottom I find something identifying an outfit called Plasmadyne Corp -

I cannot find anything definitive about such an outfit...leading me to conclude it must be a black book outfit under some DeepState alphabet agency...
