US LNG approval freeze?

This link has a nice chart of upcoming new facilities. What is the real reason? This  will raise prices for other producers. I recall Russia is around number 3 or 4 producer.

I definitely see this as an attack on Texas as well as yet another eff America anti-organic fuel op by the Obamian-led jelloheaded corrupt Muppet...
