My favorite musician of all time. 55 albums. I think I have 2 or 3 of Brazil 65.He was an excellent arranger. He met 19 year old singer Lani Hall in a Chicago coffee house and asked her to move to LA to join his band. She did. She was the brunette. She later stopped touring to marry Herb Alpert.
I saw them at WI state fair in 1971 and the crowd loved them. Chet Atkins and the Pointer Sisters opened for them. At first the crowd booed because it was not rock. Soon they were dancing in the aisles, outdoor seating.
