Nothing that specific, no...

Just established statutes and case law against straight up murder...

But that only applies if the Republic is a functioning Republic and there is no unequal treatment under the law...

And some could argue under the Biden-Harris reign of terror the latter was not functioning...

Now?  Well, we'll see...encouraging signs so far...

Plus, the lying cultural-appropriating toxic-leftist from the People's Penal State of Massachusettes is mostly decidedly wrong...the Constitution gives We the People the right to know what's going on in our governance via our Representatives...it's just that the toxic-leftists in government (Congress and unelected bureaucrats!) and their fellow travelers in the MFM (through gaslighting, lying, denial, misinformation and avoidance) are willing roadblocks to letting us know!

On a personal note...  As I've lamented hundreds if not thousands of times...dueling should have never been allowed to go out of style...
