They’re even rationing toilet paper at Coney Island now.

Why not do away with the attendant and buy the t.p.?  Same comment made repeatedly at link.

New York might as well make it's third world status official by setting up a booth selling individual squares of TP for a quarter apiece.  ::laughonfloor::
