That is such an epic fail! I saw it linked somewhere yesterday. It makes me smirk.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

"Let us assume for the moment everything you say about me is true. That just makes your problem bigger, doesn't it?"

From MM link:

Quote
As Rob wrote me this morning: “Check out the logo. 3 interlocking gears arranged in this fashion will not move in any direction. They are essentially locked in place. Which when you think about it, is a perfect analogy of today’s government!”

Also a perfect analogy for a hapless administration’s pretense of entrepreneurial expertise: Total non-starter.

With this guy in the WH, and considering what he's pulled off already, "locked in place" is best for now.

See an Ivy League Poli Sci retard attempt atmospheric science, declaring they can change the weather, with a little Marxism!

See an Ivy League Poli Sci retard attempt to do away with the law of conservation of energy, declaring that all we need to get cars up to 65mpg, is a little policy writing!

Last, but not least, see our Ivy League Poli Sci retard attempt some Mechanical Engineering, winning the future with logo design!
