Bill to remove restrictive enviro-nutty reg's along the border

This should never have been allowed to happen in the first place, and it likely won't see daylight in the Senate or nothing but a veto from the punk in the WH, but it should be advanced!

So the manual for how to be a democrat has one page.  It reads:

Always pick the ass backwards choice.

If choice A is helpful to the republic, chose B

If republicans are for it, vote against it.

AND when all else fails blame BUSH!
