If you are ever in Hamburg...

Wunderland, awesome!  Anybody who has ever been into modeling or trains can appreciate the immense work that goes into such detail.  I made a small snow-covered village once that only took up about 10 square feet.  I knew a guy who was best buds with my big brother (who oddly enough ended up being a BN engineer!) who made a village that took up most of a basement and covered about 4 ping pong tables had had bridges to shelves built along the walls he would run his train around and by a snow-capped mountain and down into a valley town.  This Wunderland is that on steroids times 100,000!  I think the video says a day is 50 minutes, and I think the night time scenes look especially increadible!

Check it out!

Amazing detail.

Random loved trains. I bought her a Fisher Price toy train set when she was two and it remained her favorite toy for years. When she was a little older we bought an HO scale train and I set it up on a salvage ping-pong table. Many happy hours were spent in imagination-land as we built our miniature town.

That's really unbelievable!
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
