Uganda - Gorillas come to camp

Amazing.  The man was amazed as well; watch for his open-mouthed expression of amazement at the end.

Jeesh, that silverback is big.
 ::speechless::

No doubt who runs that troop, he's very patient, but when he leaves there is no loitering, they all go.

We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.

Wow. Gorillas have always been my favorite wild animals. I am envious.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Now there's a male who knows how to parent.

(I've just decided I hate the use of parent as a verb.)

I agree.  "Be a parent" is better, "be a good parent" is best; however, I find the use of "to mother" agreeable, although the phrase "to father" does not mean the same; it means to sire.

English is haaaarrd.....

That was just too cool!  It was neat to watch the silver back oversee and protect the troop.  I got a kick out of him when he grabbed the juvenile and just moved him along when he decided he had looked at the human long enough.

Tsk.  You guys are silly persons.

The man wasn't sh*tting his pants.  Didn't you see his face after?  Thrilled amazement.
