Self Stimulation

GM plans to use Volts in its fleet, and refuse to reimburse employees that don't use them

Well, we had all of these useless lemons lying around see, so we figured we would up our Volt sales by buying them ourselves.  You know, a lot like the Fed loaning the Government money, and then buying the bonds  at auction.  See. We made money! And, as usual, the taxpayers foot the bill.

And of course, the government and its media propagandists will tout the "sales spike" of the Volt, and call it a success of the Obama Administration implementation of the auto industry bailout.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Well, for people who have their heads up their asses 24-7, what other idea were they going to have?

Would that be called self-stimulation or self-immolation?

If they don't get around to it, we can always help them immolate.

I saw a volt a couple of weeks ago!

I tried to get next to it to see what kind of person was driving it but she turned before I got close.

Was kind of surprised a big neon sign wasn't hanging above the car that read "stupid".  But then I guess the word Volt on the rear accomplishes the same thing.
