Apparently it isn't really Algore but some villain character who is impersonating Algore.

Still....

...conservative porn.

EDIT: The face that you see with eyes wide and mouth open when Algore gets punched is Barry O'Bongo. Angel Merkel is below him. More info here. And, no, the character doesn't look much like Algore...not that I saw. It's fun to imagine it, though.
