It is an odd cult, and I think the term cult is properly applied.  I think there is some room for doubt in this case, like I said most all self respecting heterosexual males would at least shove and punch a dude for doing crap like this, so the accusers story is not making full sense, unless he is found out to be gay or bi himself, then it becames a he said/he said tiff that could either be about the accuser getting a payoff and the allegations could be real or BS.

Gawker notes that although the person is anonymous in the document, the charges filed are from around the same time that John Doe No. 1 came out with his allegations last year, and are similar charges to what he presented at the time.

The actor also privately paid Mark Higgins, who is listed in the document as a former employee, $3,850 after his lawyer sent demands (this is the fourth line item).

If I was innocent there is absolutely zero chance that I would pay so much as a dime to one of these guys. But that's me and I am thoroughly heterosexual.
