Wasn't one of the lines from the movie 'Forest Gump',  - "Stupid is as Stupid does" ?  Interviewing those in 'the valley' of liberals, we can't expect anything more than what insight comes from their 'pie hole'.  Dumbing down America is very much alive and thriving on the coast of CA.  After being in the service, stationed between Oakland and San Francisco for a year and a half, I was extremely lucky to leave there just before it really went down hill in the mid 60's.
