God how emboldened must democrats be feeling today. Fast and furious, false and misleading statements regarding 4 dead Americans and the gonads to want rice as sec of state. None of it matters to their base, which is larger than ours.

If the GOP actually sought out it's loyal base as Ø did his I wonder how many Conservatives would actually show up?

I think the key word is loyal. His base IS loyal to him, not his beliefs, not his stances, but him alone. We are loyal to our beliefs.

Libs have cobbled together the gullible, along with the deviant groups which will never vote conservative.

I'm starting to wonder if were wrong trying to stop that number from growing. Just like the housing market we should have allowed it to fall appart and let it fix it's self.. Let the whole thing burn and bring it back from there rather than trying to talk reason join in the fire and wait for it to burn down to ashes and then fix it.

The only problem with that is that once a great society (Greece, Rome, Egypt, etc) falls, it never gets fixed.  We will never be able to re-establish the once great United States of America if the current version burns.  There will be too much infrastructure damage to recover and will probably end up as separate civil entities.

I think we are headed for a fall no matter what, there is simply too much stacked on the liability side of the ledger, the only argument left to debate is the speed with which it is experienced.  It's hard to see how postponing it will make it less painful for everyone...

Benghazi continues as Farce

Vadum offers an excellent summary of the news to date:

[blockquote]A Washington Post editorial supports the left-wing Congressional Black Caucus’s wild contention that Republicans are out to get Rice “because she is an African American woman.” Perhaps the editorial writers forgot that President George W. Bush’s secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice, an immensely popular figure in the GOP, was also a black woman.

The newspaper then implies that Republicans are secret members of the Ku Klux Klan, citing a recent letter signed by 97 House Republicans questioning Rice’s fitness for the post of top U.S. diplomat. The paper casually opines that “ [M]ore than 80 of the signatories are white males, and nearly half are from states of the former Confederacy.”

Like defense lawyers for an obviously guilty client, these left-wing journalists are working overtime to confuse the public about what happened in Benghazi, Libya, the Obama administration’s role, and what it all means. Democrats and the mainstream media are trying to obstruct progress in the investigation by misdirection, grabbing at any shiny object within reach.
[/blockquote]

I’d like to think that if conservatives keep the pressure on, #OccupyResoluteDesk’s 2012 re-election could be the most pyrrhic since that of Nixon in 1972.

Alas, I’ve moved to the notion that BHO wins a third term on a write-in, as our entire Constitutional order implodes. [Hint: reverse psychology.]

Meanwhile, where is RSM? And where is Cassone’s video to go with his Benghazi anthem?

Personally, I want to be a separate civil entity from those.....people. I have absolutely zero sense of kinship or compatriotism with these people who are destroying our country. I would actually be very happy to make the divorce official.

I would love to separate......into red and blue states. I would also love the pubbies to grow a spine. I literally just had a lady in my business, mexican, who was so excited about becoming a citizen and she had a few more months. She wants to see all come in legally and hates the idea she is lumped in with the illegals. These immigrants are out there, want to do things in the correct manner and not be a burden, but part of the answer. Until our side understands who our message needs to be directed, the sooner we won't have elections like the last two.

That's great; she wants to become a citizen.  Why?  Does she want to become a self-reliant -- as in non-looter -- assimilated American (as we used to know it), or will she be a Mexican-American, hanging her Mexican flag out?

Sorry Don; I have become a cynic even about the ones who want to come legally because being American seems to mean less to them than being able to legally access our "opportunities".  And don't get me started on chain-migration.

3I agree with Don, "These immigrants are out there, want to do things in the correct manner and not be a burden, but part of the answer. Until our side understands who our message needs to be directed, the sooner we won't have elections like the last two."

Not only do they need to understand who to take their message to they need to make up their minds what it is and stick with it.

I am ready to go into the barrio and take a Conservative message to them and point out why they are and should vote Republican. I know ten men who have the respect of ten other men and they all have influence.  But I have no message to take to them.  The only message I could take is that you cannot depend on Republicans therefore you cannot trust them.

The message is a simple one,it's about how government has made their lives miserable in their own countries and how our message is that of small government with little influence on their lives. It's the message that we live for.

A government that leaves us the hell alone to go on with our lives without being overly paternal a government that leaves us to our own attempts at making a better life for our families that doesn't want to take our children and make them into drones for their own power hungry reason.

A government that won't turn on them when they no longer need them. A government that doesn't want to make them into financial slaves so they can tell them how to live.

Immigrants from every part of the world came for the same things that we want back.So you do have a message that's staring you in the face but you may think that it's not what they want to hear but I'm telling you that it is.

That's very historical and we know history begins at birth or in the case of these Mexicans, when they arrived.  I cannot point to today, or this year, or the last... well hell, how long has it been since we had stand up Republicans?
... I remember, it was Newt Gingrich last century; the Pubbys are running way short.

I am starting to suspect all this Admin defending of the idiot Rice is for muppet consumption, I think it is red-meat to Pubbies to make getting their real SecSt candidate approved quickly and easily.  If Lurch aka Jean F'n Kerry gets the nomination you will know I am right.
