I just invited Betty Sue over to my trailer for a little cookin' and Mistee Lee put down her cocktail and went and done throw that frying pan right at 'er.  Nothin' I could do...  I done swear I would have brought her to the doctor except I just reupholsted my Trans Am and didn't want to get blood on it.

If he's 36 now, he'd have had to be in his late teens/early 20s when he was carousing around the Clinton WH and I don't remember him as being that young at that time.
