And the burden argument is a joke!  Even Welfare Queens get state pic ID to collect dey free sh*t!

What is there to implement? 

Oh, right.  There would be "training" on the taxpayer's dime on how to verify ID's.  That could take months.

Yeah they can't say the truth...our voters are too stupid to know how to get an ID, even though they've done it before...so, no discriminating against the criminally stupid and legally lazy.
