It is now codified that Blacks are the dumbest, Asians are the smartest.

By the way, is Asians further broken out into subgroups of Chinese/Japanese/Korean that we normally think of as Asian, and work their butts off achieving, and the other Asian, previous known as Muslims?  It would kind of suck if a group of people that should be ranked at the bottom have to work as hard as their East Asian peers.
