Perhaps Ann's approach is right.  We need a national petition site where everyone in the nation can petition the government to partition the nation peacefully or risk civil war...if the government refuses to meet our demands we should all employ Ann's 5 points (see link below), millions of people doing this would overwhelm the system and really get their attention, and does getting their attention in a big way appeal to me!'
