Topic: A little inspiration please

I need a few positive words from some on this forum who are clearly more knowledgeable than me.  So many on this site seem to verbalize how I have been feeling for the last several years.  These days as a 55 year old white male I feel I have a huge target on my back.  And Now it looks more every day like the communists are going to completely take over this country.

Like some here I believe our government is lying to our face and has the media and the education system doing their bidding.  It looks like they will find enough ways and means to kill people until they can gain enough leverage to make the last parts of the constitution meaningless and confiscate our guns.

Is there nothing that can be done to stop this hostile takeover ?? It does not seem like there are enough true patriots to make a difference any more.  Where is our leadership.  Who will step forward in the last quarter of my life to preserve our constitution and way of like.  I have not seen any since Ronald Reagan.

The greed and corruption have already determined the future for people like me with no jobs or hope of really meaningful work the rest of my like.  I am looking for some type of hope not just for myself but hundreds of thousands like me.

From where I sit it looks like the game is over.  And we know that this is the last true place of freedom on the earth.  When freedom is gone, it's gone.

I just did a report for my college.  In it I was expected to report on the media as a potential vehicle for government abuse/latent pushing of agenda.  I got to use the Marxists theories against Obama.

That said, that they make sense scares me.  The media does have agendas besides reporting news/making profit.  I found no true ways to change this without removing the private business or profit motive from media (unless you remove those heading such media outlets and thus their agenda).

Even the benign language used in media sows their opinion within your head.  My main point on this was heritable/inherited topic.  Not The same, yet certain proponents of equal rights movements would claim they are.  Most the media does.

Inherited means a physical/chemical attribute directly passed down with no influence form the outside.  Green eyes, Blondie hair, genetic disorders.
Heritable means predisposition to a condition based on genetic structure and its chemical effects.  Cancer, diabetes, etc.

Anywho America will not die, but wither,  I am sad to think.  The glory days gone, America has, according to most of the reputable information I receive, *been in decline started it crumble* since the early 60s; almost right after McDonald's was created.

What we have here is Rot.  Journalism schools DO NOT teach  their students to report objectively. They teach them that they are supposed to use their positions to advance a social agenda. This makes them feel special and powerful. Of course that makes what they write propaganda, and any rational, thinking person will recognize it as such. So they get control of the Teacher's schools and teach them the same - they are NOT to educate students to think for themselves, but to indoctrinate them to think a certain way.. that way the propaganda is effective.  Ask a liberal why they believe something or how they came to that conclusion they can't do it.. you will get an appeal to authority or appeal to popularity fallacy as their explanation ( if you get one at all)  Adams said our country was for a moral people, and our government was  wholly inadequate for any other.  But the liberals believe anything that advances their agenda is good and true, because their agenda leads to utopia.   Its not the profit motive that is the problem. It is the motives of the people in positions of power. They are Selfish, Narcissistic and ignorant, and the results are predictable.
