Yup. when you've got people like John Kasich ceding that it is the law of the land, it's pretty disheartening.

We warned everyone but did they listen, Hell no!  The E-GOP put all its hopes on the Supremes and Roberts hosed them like they hosed us in not filibustering that abomination, then it was "oh, we'll win the elections and repeal, yeah, that's the ticket!" and that backfired too.  GOP traitors allowed this to happen, their weakness and fecklessness made it so, the Rovian's made it so, now they all can go straight to Hell, and the sooner the better!

Kasich and Brewer caved because they found the "loophole" in the law that allows them to expand Medicaid in their states using Federal taxpayer money only, so it costs their states nothing.  For now.  But they trashed whatever principles they had in order to do it.

These are politicians therefore they never had any principles to begin with. Shoot them all and be done with it!
