Lindsey Graham for Senator, SCHere:
Impressive NY Mayor Bloomberg supports Lindsey Graham for senate.

            Vote for

            Lindsey

"Bloomberg’s aid came in the form of a March 13 press-conference in Columbia, S.C., that was organized by people working the Partnership for a New American Economy. The group is headed by Bloomberg, several Democratic politicians and numerous government-tied business leaders."

Also, Republicans for Immigration Reform launched a $60,000 TV ad campaign to help Graham get through the GOP’s 2014 primary.

Is it just me or is "rip your skin off for you" the kind of "help" away from which you'd run like your life depended on it?

I knew a girl once named Lindsay.
The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living

Biden was using "rip your skin off" as a metaphor. He knows Graham is a progressive, and wants to help shed him of the facade of conservatism. I'll help you rip your conservative skin off Miss Lindsay, and reveal the progressive beneath.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

I interpreted Biden's comment as "I'll attack you from the Left to help with your conservative bona fides come election time" under the theory that if the liberals are making a point of attacking him that would make conservatives less doubtful about him. JMO.

And yeah Don I asked the same thing when that picture was used on a thread a while back. Looks like he could use a bit and bridle.

What is it about South Carolina?

They give us great things like Jim DeMint and Maurice's Barbecue

Then, Lindsey (Lohan) Graham and Mark Sanford

That's the way I read it.  Make him bleed in public in order to burnish his conservative creds.

Keep it simple, go with the jointed snaffle.   ;D

But the gag bit sure would be tempting!   ::stirpot::
