FRACKING, EPA bolts

EPA haults its study, still believes it's correct but will allow states to decide whether to persue the frackers.  When the EPA doesn't take you to court or fine you or harass you
you're clean as the driven snow.

Funny, I missed this on the 6 O' Clock News.
