This is how the US Senate Operates...
« on: September 16, 2013, 07:47:58 AM »
"Senator David Vitter, a Louisiana Republican, has demanded a floor vote on his bill to end an exemption that members of Congress and their staffs are slated to get that will make them the only participants in the new Obamacare exchanges to receive generous subsidies from their employer to pay for their health insurance. Angry Senate Democrats have drafted legislation that dredges up a 2007 prostitution scandal involving Vitter. The confrontation is a perfect illustration of just how wide the gulf in attitudes is between the Beltway and the rest of the country — and how viciously Capitol Hill denizens will fight for their privileges."

Vitter should counter that by drafting legislation that calls out the CBC and the entire socialists cabal in congress by outlawing them. Of course what he should do is bring in a hit squad and have them all executed, course that's how I feel on the matter.

If wishing them all dead would work, they'd all be dead and not just the one's in Congress.

That is just another example of what goes on in the most corrupt place in the country.  It make one's skin crawl.
I'm entitled (to be cranky).

Just one more example of how Dirty Hairy plays . Remember his income tax rumors about Romney ... none of which were true ? He should have been sued for libel .

I would have slapped that jackass in the face and demanded a duel on the capitol steps!

But I am really really old fashioned.

I am all for bringing back dueling. In earlier days it's what kept caustic little loudmouths like Anthony Weiner in check. One of the common threads to Ann Barnhardt's observations is the destruction of real masculinity in our culture, and she's right about that. This modern political and pop culture where people -- "men" no less -- are catty and caustic, spewing BS and then hiding under the skirt of the praetorian media or the "decorum" of elected office, the whole thing is unmanly to the extreme. There used to be a sense of honor among gentlemen who were social peers. Lines were not to be crossed without implicitly accepting the likely consequences.

When they start in with their absolutely vile attacks on the decency of a man's wife, as has happened with Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, and virtually every woman who is not a Leftist, the natural male instinct is to stomp the offender to the point that what's left of him can be found wiped off on the doormat. Andrew Jackson knew how to deal with someone insulting his wife.

A, bring up charges of extortion, which is what this is...vote with us or we'll hurt you.

B, man up and draft a resolution decrying Bill Clinton's raping of Juanita Broaddrick.  This nonsense will continue until that card is played.

You can't appease anti-American, Democrat garbage

I guess I'm going to have to break down and give kudos to Senator Vitter. He doesn't seem to get the air time of Senator Sister Mary Landreau.
