California Dreamin'

This has percolated in California before, as well as orther states...but Congress and the Legislatures of any affected existing state(s) per Sec.3 of Article IV of the Constitution must both give consent to the action...but I wish them and any others wanting to do so the very best of luck  and hope they are successful!

I would move there in a heartbeat!
It'd be the only way I'd ever move to "California".
