Six medical workers in India are accused of hiding a fatally botched abortion by claiming that the mother died of COVID-19.

Times Now News reports the woman died along with her unborn baby after an abortion May 1 at a hospital in Navi Mumbai in western India.

Six medical workers, including doctors and pathologists, allegedly reported her death as COVID-19 related. However, authorities said multiple tests done the day before the woman’s death show that she did not have the virus, according to the Times of India.

All I got was a message a week ago saying they are reviewing my request.
No ask for additional info.. nothing
Still no formal information on the process. We are doing this on an individual case basis. That is lawyer speak for "we are doing this in a discriminatory fashion'
So guess we will see.  I suspect it will not last long even if all is approved.. the expectation of a return to normalcy is simply not warranted

With Australia reaching the cattle car stage and Austria and Germany announcing "jail time" in Feb,  I  figure the US government will be openly kinetic starting sometime in the Feb-April time frame.. deploying US military and probably not just national guard (Posse Comitatus is just a law and they don't care what laws they break) and try to enforce lockdowns and state to state travel restrictions
Any court ruling will be ignored and they will attempt to just shut down any business that does not comply - mostly by  freezing bank accounts and arresting employees that show up to work.

If they get away with that,  they start the cattle car round up/forced jab/ gun confiscation and  the civil war starts in earnest.
They are hoping that by April that enough Americans are sick from virus or shot, cold, starving , unemployed and desperate that  they will accept the Great Reset Deal and not fight. 

 If they don't turn kinetic  by summer,  then I suspect this whole thing just looses its teeth and the fed becomes entirely irrelevant, Biden is removed and who knows what  fascist crap person to  to "fix things" with emergency powers.  Might even be Trump "reinstated"  -- But I  doubt the public will go along. The collectivists never understand that Americans don't follow blindly and that a name means nothing without actions behind it.  Trump has been still pushing this vaccine and that should give everyone pause.

The report does not report on the length of hospital stays. That would be good info to have. Perhaps the unvaxxed stay longer?
If 100% of people were vaxxed then 100% of people in hospital after positive covid test would the vaxxed.

All correct - but Title VII does say the employer can ask a minimum of questions to use in assessing the request. Non-compliance with the questions could get one fired for non-compliance (sort of like a process crime - not firing you for the "belief", but for insubordination). It's those questions, that some lawyers have "stacked" so as to trick the person into blurring the lines between "belief" & "opinion" (e.g. not liking the ingredients used in the jab, or whether you've received other vaccines prior to COVID [which itself is a trick, attempting to get you to differentiate between types of "vaccines"]).

In our case, we answered their questions -- then they asked the same questions, but set up in a multiple-choice format (designed to constrain & shape one's answers). So we started out stating that these questions had already been answered; that we were now answering under duress; and when inappropriate (for example, asking the name, address & website of any church you attend), we stated that Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act does not require thus & such.

We've also initiated a formal complaint with our state's EECO (Equal Employment) . . . a paper trail; just in case.

Sounds good to me.  My outfit went the way of 2 opened-ended questions...I merely indicated the latter is answered by what I put in the former with citations from The Good Book.  I suspect they wanted to see who would fall for weeding themselves out.  As I mentioned earlier, they can disagree with beliefs but that is not the same as denying they exist with strength inside another.

I'm glad you spiked their attempt to go outside Title VII guardrails...that was really monumentally stupid on their part and indicates a hostile and coercive intent of their executives and puts them in an obvious and precarious actionable position.
