Rather than monetary damages, I'd bring a lawsuit that DEMANDS & then OVERSEES race day castration by the referee.
Using a hatchet (which, in the interest of cleanliness has been sterilized), all biological males wishing to compete as women MUST be fully castrated & the penis also removed. Apply gauze & bandages - then give 'em a hearty pep-talk, let 'em lace up their shoes & run.
An alternative would be for every high school track team to place a LARGE wooden barrel alongside the track (I'd certainly be open to an official guide to the PRECISE placement of same for the sake of sports uniformity). Transgender athletes could then be beheaded & the heads place inside the barrel -- which would have the added benefit of dissuading poser & phony trans-declarers.
