In not one of these videos do we see a cop randomly go up to a black person and just shoot them.

But I have seen the video  or read of the opposite happening to cops or citizens.

Dan Bogino went into this on Rumble. He is ex secret service. He said your eyes are glued to the gun.
1. Kid has his left shoulder toward cop with right hand down holding gun a little behind his right thigh. Caught in two still frames.
2. Kid pivots to face officer and raises his right hand toward officer.
3. Officer shoots.

The kid's right hand was empty and he was raising both hands to put them in the air. He had thrown the gun behind the wooden fence.
