Kinda interesting...seems a pretty fair ranking as far as I can tell, I don't know all the state's governors in detail, the headline grabbers and neighboring states garner my attention and expect others are probably similar like that...No Balz Walz I would move from F to complete FAIL...but an F is at the high end of acceptable...
